Terms of Use
Effective: 11 August 2026
These terms apply when you use Jobze at jobze.co.uk. By browsing, posting a job, creating an employer account or submitting an application, you agree to them.
What Jobze provides
Jobze is a free-to-use job board for qualified industries. Employers can create and manage listings, and candidates can browse roles and apply. Jobze may add optional paid features in the future; any such feature will have its own price and purchase information before you are charged.
Employer responsibilities
By posting a role, you confirm that:
- the role is a genuine vacancy that you are authorised to advertise;
- the listing, company information and application contact details are accurate and current;
- you will comply with applicable employment, equality, privacy and data-protection laws;
- you will handle applicant information and CVs lawfully, securely and only for recruitment purposes;
- you will not post discriminatory, misleading, fraudulent, MLM, spam or unlawful content.
You are responsible for reviewing applicants and making all hiring decisions. Jobze does not verify employers, jobs or candidates, and does not guarantee applications, interviews or hires.
Applicant responsibilities
You must provide accurate information and only upload a CV that you are entitled to share. When you apply through Jobze, you authorise us to give your application and CV to the relevant employer and, where provided, forward them to that employer's application email address. Do not include unnecessary special-category or highly sensitive information in your application.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- use Jobze to break the law, infringe rights or mislead others;
- collect data from Jobze using scraping, bots or other automated means without written permission;
- interfere with the platform, attempt to bypass security, or access another person's account or files;
- post malicious code, spam, impersonations, scams or content that is abusive, discriminatory or defamatory.
Content and moderation
You keep ownership of content you submit, but give Jobze permission to host, display, format and distribute it as needed to run and promote the listing. We may edit formatting, decline, suspend or remove a listing, account or content that breaches these terms, creates risk, or harms the service. We are not obliged to monitor every listing or application.
Third-party links and employers
Jobze listings may link to an employer's own website or application system. Those sites and employers are separate from Jobze. We are not responsible for their content, recruitment decisions, data handling, availability or acts and omissions.
Service availability
We aim to keep Jobze available and useful, but provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, the accuracy of user-provided information, or a particular recruitment outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK law.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using Jobze at any time. We may suspend or close access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, where it is necessary to protect users or the service, or where required by law. Provisions that should reasonably continue after use ends, including responsibility for submitted content and data protection, will continue to apply.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised version here. If you continue to use Jobze after the effective date, the updated terms apply. For questions, email hello@jobze.co.uk.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
